1-Day, 3-Day, 5-Day, 7-Day or Longer

Whether you are doing a 1-Day Fast or a 7-Day Fast or longer, you will likely receive the following daily regimen:

1 16oz Fresh Coconut Water, 1 16oz Fresh Almond Coconut Milk
2 16oz Green Juice
2 16oz Fruit Juice

The foundation juice for this fast is fresh coconut water. We receive our US grown coconuts directly from Florida and we open and bottle daily. These coconuts are as close to paradise living as we urban dwellers can experience. They have not been irradiated or hybridized and the taste and quality is superior to anything else out there on the market.

FAQ

When should I drink each juice?

Breakfast – Coconut Water (first), Fresh Almond Coconut Milk
Lunch – Green Juice
Dinner – Fruit Juice
(drink each 16oz juice 2 to 3 hours apart)

Can I drink other fluids during the fast?

No. The exception is spring or distilled water. Teas, coffee, soup are to be avoided.

Will the juice stay fresh?

Yes. It is important to keep the juices as cold as possible, especially the almond coconut milk. As long as you keep juices cold they will remain fresh for at least 3 days or longer. In terms of storage, it is advised that you place the juices at the back of your refrigerator and turn your refrigerator up.

How should I break the fast?

The first day that you plan to eat solid food, you will start the day with water, coconut water, and/or fresh juice. Your first solid meal should be a fresh juicy fruit (melons, citrus, berries, apples, pears, etc.) No bananas, dates, or any dry fruit or nuts for the first meal. This is of critical importance. Your next meal should be predominantly green leafy vegetables. Or better yet, come to Khepra’s Raw Food Juice Bar to enjoy fresh live cuisine!

POSSIBLE SYMPTOMS

It is very important to understand the nature of detoxification.  You will have highs and lows.  The highs are high energy, mental clarity, better sleep, and greater awareness.  For the lows the most common symptoms are headache, lightheadedness, nausea, and weakness.  The body will sometimes go into an accelerated elimination mode which could mean vomiting and/or diarrhea.  This is very common and could be expected especially if you are doing juice cleanses regularly.  WHAT THIS DOESN’T MEAN IS THAT YOU WERE “POISONED” BY THE JUICES.  WHAT IS DOES MEAN IS THAT YOUR BODY IS DETOXING!!  IT IS A HEALING BREAKTHROUGH!  YEA!!!  Stay the course and allow the healing to continue.
